He certified that the <br />ordinance was published in its entirety <br />in the Louisville Times Dec. 17, 1980 <br />and public hearing notices were <br />published in the Louisville Times <br />Dec. 30 l' 1980 and January 7. 1981, and <br />the property would be zoned agricul- <br />tural. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and asked if there was anyone present <br />supporting the application - none. <br />He then asked if there was anyone <br />present opposing the application. None. <br />Staff rE~marks - Director Rupp reported <br />that under the agricultural zoning the <br />applica1:ion requires a special review <br />use and will be reviewed by Planning <br />Commission and Council with a site plan. <br />Mayor Caranci then closed the public <br />hearing ., <br /> <br />Counci~nan Fauson moved that Ordinance <br />iF7l0 - Zoning of property owned by the <br />Church of the Latter Day Saints be <br />adopted.
