Affirmative. <br />Inquired - what happens to the present <br />Tree Board? Director Hioco advised with <br />the approval of the Mayor, it would re- <br />main the same. <br /> <br />After discussion - Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that the publication of Ordinance <br />#707 be postponed until further review. <br />Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that each council- <br />man had before them a copy of the Minute <br />Order received from Judge Neighbors. The <br />Special Election date on the Centennial <br />Vally Mall shopping center annexation <br />has been set for March 3, 1981. Also he <br />brought attention to the proposed election <br />calendar and informed Council all State <br />Statutes that control elections estab- <br />lishing calendars go from the date of <br />the election. He was requesting that <br />Council approve the calendar so prepar- <br />ations can be made to get it out to the <br />County and obtain judges, etc. He also <br />requested that Council designate the <br />polling places for each ward. His sug- <br />gestion was the Middle School, the Com- <br />munity Building, and the City Hall. <br /> <br />Inquired if the city employees would get <br />the day off if Ward 3 voters came to the <br />city hall to vote. Administrator Wurl <br />advised - no. The voting would be held <br />in Council Chambers and access from the <br />stairway or elevator would not disrupt <br />any of the staff or employees. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the date <br />of the election of March 3, 1981, and <br />
