BROWN <br /> <br />Council Minutes - page 5 <br />March 18, 1980 <br /> <br />Eugene DiCarlo, Chairman of Planning Com- <br />mission, stated that the Commission looked <br />at the proposal with maximum output of <br />traffic flow at the different intersections <br />onto So. Boulder Rd. He stated that <br />traffic was their primary concern. <br /> <br />Dir. Community Dev. Rupp stated that when <br />traffic signals are installed and the <br />lining of streets is made, he did not <br />see the traffic as being as congested as <br />Council has expressed. <br />Mr. Wurl reported that studies have been <br />completed for signalization on So. Boulder <br />Rd. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />that the matter be referred back to Plan- <br />ning Commission for further review. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. <br />Aye: Carnival, Fauson, DelPizzo, <br />Meier. <br />Nays: Domenico and Caranci. <br />Motion carried 4 - 2. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the oral <br />arguments, regarding the shopping center <br />hearing, have been rescheduled. <br />Attorney Joss reported that he was going <br />to file a motion opposing the rescheduling. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorneys report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Carnival. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson asked for a list of the <br />vehicles that are driven home by employees. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci asked the status on <br />annexing at the corner of north Main. <br />Mr. Rupp stated that the letters have <br />been written and will be sent out shortly. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if George Brown's <br />fence was being repaired. <br />Mr. Wurl reported that is was. <br />
