ORDINANCE NO. 679
ANDERSON ZONING
FIRST READING
SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE

RESOLUTION NO. 12
AMENDED P.U.D.
LOUISVILLE STATE BANK

Council Minutes - page 4
March 18, 1980

All members of Council had before them a
copy of Ordinance No. 679 for their re-
view and files.
Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 679 on
first reading by title only.
Councilman Carnival moved that Ordinance
No. 679 be ordered published and a public
hearing be set for April 15, 1980.
Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion
carried.

Ron Wells, Hillhouse Wells Group, pre-
sented the plans for the Louisville
State Bank, as amended.
Mr. John Rupp noted that the Planning
Commission heard the request for an add-
itional 5,000 feet of office space and
a drive through area, and voted 4-3 to
deny the request.
He noted that traffic impact onto So.
Boulder Rd. was their main concern, along
with the size of the building.

Mr. Wells included in his presentation
the building size from 6j500 sq. ft. to
10,425 sq. ft., 0 to 4 drive thru lanes
and parking form 20 down to 9. The set
back from So. Boulder Rd. was reduced
from 40 feet to 25 feet.
He noted that the building will be built
in two phases, the second when demand re-
quires.

Councilman Meier stated that he did not
have a problem with traffic flow onto S.
Boulder Rd., but had a problem with the
parking spaces and backing into traffic.
Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did
not like the idea of phase two and sug-
gested that it be excluded and parking
be used in that area.

Councilman Carnival stated that he felt
that the site was small for the amount
of building and traffic to flow through
that area.
He also noted his concern about keeping
the north side of the building open for
a fire lane.
Councilman Fauson stated that he was
concerned with fue traffic flow onto
So. Boulder Rd. also.
