<br />SAFEWAY <br /> <br />HUMAN SERVICE <br />INTEGRATION PROJECT <br /> <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br /> <br />CONCLAVES OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REPORTS <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 4 <br />January 15, 1980 <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that in talking <br />with the Safeway representatives, the <br />Louisville Grand Opening was the largest <br />nation wide, except for one store in <br />California which sold by the carton load. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that the Human <br />Services are trying to gather facts to <br />see which services are duplicated. He <br />stated that they have been having trouble <br />in getting assistance in gathering the <br />information. He noted that they would <br />like Council to consider a City represent- <br />ative or the forming of a County advisory <br />committee. <br />Councilman Fauson stated that he would <br />agree with a citizen advisory group. <br />Councilman Caranci stated that it would <br />have to be staff doing it. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was <br />not in favor of it. <br />Councilman Carnival stated that he felt <br />the study should be made at a different <br />level. He also noted that he would like <br />to see the whole plan before making any <br />decision. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he would <br />not like to get involved in it, until he <br />knows more about it. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that we did not have a <br />Code Enforcement Officer, but were advertising. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he wanted <br />to review the conclaves again and proceed <br />to have them annexed where possible. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that they would do what- <br />ever the Council desires. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that it be con- <br />sidered and the necessary facts and figures <br />be supplied by staff. Seconded by Council- <br />man Caranci. Motion carried. 5 - I <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that <br />comments and committee reports <br />Seconded by Councilman <br />carried. <br /> <br />the council <br />be accepted. <br />Motion <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Fauson. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br />
