RECREATION CENTER CONTINUED OLD LOUISVILLE INN LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL AUDIENCE COMMENTS CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE NO. 664 FAUSON ZONING PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL OF CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Minutes - page 4 October 16, 1979 Councibnan DelPizzo about the exercise classes. Mr. Stahl reported that the classes would be split into mens and womens. Mr. Stahl reported that the approximate cost is 6.4 million and he stated that he would be preparing a package regarding the financing of the facility. Councilman Meier requested that the site plan be published in the paper so people would know what it is. Attorney Joss reported that the application was in order. Councilman Caranci moved that the Old Louisville Inn liquor license be renewed Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. There were no comments from the audience. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 664 on second reading by title only, stating that it was published in full on September 19, and thl~ notice of public hearing was pub- lished on September 26, and October 3, 1979. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments, public hearing closed. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 66.4 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Attorney Joss reported that the tract is .413 acres and the zoning requested is Residential Low Density. With no other comments roll call vote was taken to adopt Ordinance No. 664. Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried.
