<br />RECREATION CENTER <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />OLD LOUISVILLE INN <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 664 <br />FAUSON ZONING PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CITY ATTORNEY <br />REPORT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 4 <br />October 16, 1979 <br /> <br />Councibnan DelPizzo about the exercise <br />classes. <br />Mr. Stahl reported that the classes would <br />be split into mens and womens. <br /> <br />Mr. Stahl reported that the approximate <br />cost is 6.4 million and he stated that he <br />would be preparing a package regarding the <br />financing of the facility. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier requested that the site <br />plan be published in the paper so people <br />would know what it is. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />was in order. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Old <br />Louisville Inn liquor license be renewed <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 664 on <br />second reading by title only, stating that <br />it was published in full on September 19, <br />and thl~ notice of public hearing was pub- <br />lished on September 26, and October 3, 1979. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments, public hearing <br />closed. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 66.4 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. <br />Attorney Joss reported that the tract is <br />.413 acres and the zoning requested is <br />Residential Low Density. <br />With no other comments roll call vote was <br />taken to adopt Ordinance No. 664. <br />Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
