<br />GARFIELD & GRIFFITH <br />DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br /> <br />LAKE PARK BRIDGE <br /> <br />PARK NOISE <br /> <br />CML NEWSLETTER INFO <br /> <br />MAYOR'S NEWSLETTER <br /> <br />TOWN OF SUPERIOR NOTICE <br /> <br />Minutes - page 7 <br />October 2, 1979 <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he did not <br />think the drain was picking up all the <br />run off and a property owners yard has <br />been flooded and would like to have the <br />problem resolved. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked about the bridge <br />installation at Lake Park. <br />Mr. Stahl stated that he has a contractor <br />to work on the necessary repairs before <br />the bridge is replaced. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he has re- <br />ceived complaints about parties in the <br />parks after midnight. The parties stated <br />that they did not mind the people, but <br />disapproved of all the noise. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that there was an <br />add for information of downtown malls and <br />shopping centers and he requested that Mr. <br />Wurl send off for the information. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the information may <br />already be in the office. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he received <br />a copy of the Mayor's newsletter in the <br />mail with the word Bull---- written <br />across the front and he stated that he did <br />not appreciate getting anonymous letters <br />like this through the mail. He noted that <br />he will talk to anyone about City problems <br />or requests. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Town of Superior <br />received a notice from the State of Colorado <br />who review'ed their application to amend <br />their grant proposal so that they would be <br />able to tie onto the City of Louisville <br />sewer that is going on the Centennial Valley <br />Mall in lieu of building a new sewer plant <br />along side the turnpike as they had earlier <br />indicated. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the state is trying to <br />stop the Centennial Mall and it is causing <br />problems such as the one with Superior. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that a comment from the <br />Water Quality Control Division states that <br />the Louisville treatment plant is already <br />acting at capacity; Mr. Wurl stated that <br />the engineers reports show that on a peak <br />day the plant is averaging at 65% of capacity <br />
