Building a country mall, a potential <br />albatros. <br /> <br />3. Stated that the tax payer will being <br />paying for the development. <br /> <br />4. Felt that a.ll alternatives were not <br />studied, as a possible tri city mall to <br />help keep tax down. <br /> <br />5. Felt the City had no financial planning <br />and that the budget was a nonintelligible <br />document with no revenue projections over <br />the next years. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that the Council <br />looking towards the future. He stated that <br />hopefully some day the City will be able <br />to lower the mill levy more and possibly <br />give some free services like sewer use. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry stated that he felti the <br />tri city involvement would be good; how- <br />ever, when it was suggested several years <br />back, they were not interested. <br />
