Minutes - page 2 October 3, 1978 ORDINANCE 11613 SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING - 3 BAR J ZONING Attorney Joss read Ordinance #613 on se- cond reading. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments, public hearing was closed. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #613 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call. DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes and Berry yes. Motion carried. It was entered into the records that all proper notices and publications had been made on Ordinance #612 and #613. ORDINANCE 11610 SECOND READING AMENDED PAY SCHEDULE Attorney Joss noted that the proper pub- lication had been made. Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance #610 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man DelPizzo. Roll call. DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. ORDINA1\J'CE 11620 PARK HOURS All members of Council had a copy of Ordinance #620 before them for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did not feel greenbelts should be included. Also, that there should be some type of permit for extended hours. Councilman Meier stated that he was in favor of special permits, but that there should be a deposit required. Councilman DiCarlo stated that there should not be any extra hours allowed once the park is closed. Councilman Berry also felt that the park should be closed and no permits issued for after hours. Mr. Wurl stated that in doing this, there may be problems as to who should or who should not be granted the permit. After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that the ordinance be amended to include a special permit for extended hours to be issued with a deposit of $20 by the City Administrator. Seconded by Coun- cilman MeierL Roll call vote.
