<br />Minutes - page 2 <br />October 3, 1978 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 11613 <br />SECOND READING PUBLIC <br />HEARING - 3 BAR J <br />ZONING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance #613 on se- <br />cond reading. Mayor Waschak opened the <br />public hearing. There were no comments, <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br />#613 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Kilker. Roll call. DiCarlo no, DelPizzo <br />yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes <br />and Berry yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />It was entered into the records that all <br />proper notices and publications had been <br />made on Ordinance #612 and #613. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 11610 <br />SECOND READING <br />AMENDED PAY SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that the proper pub- <br />lication had been made. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance <br />#610 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man DelPizzo. Roll call. DiCarlo no, <br />DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, <br />Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINA1\J'CE 11620 <br />PARK HOURS <br /> <br />All members of Council had a copy of <br />Ordinance #620 before them for their re- <br />view and files. Attorney Joss read the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did <br />not feel greenbelts should be included. <br />Also, that there should be some type of <br />permit for extended hours. <br />Councilman Meier stated that he was in <br />favor of special permits, but that there <br />should be a deposit required. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that there <br />should not be any extra hours allowed <br />once the park is closed. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry also felt that the park <br />should be closed and no permits issued <br />for after hours. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in doing this, there <br />may be problems as to who should or who <br />should not be granted the permit. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />that the ordinance be amended to include <br />a special permit for extended hours to <br />be issued with a deposit of $20 by the <br />City Administrator. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman MeierL Roll call vote. <br />
