MAyor Waschak <br />declared the motion dead. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance #621 for their re- <br />view and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinanceon first <br />reading by title only. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#621 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Cobern, architect, reviewed the <br />proposed expansion for City Hall. <br />Council gave permission for him to con- <br />tinue with the preliminary planning. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the gas and gas tank <br />report and stated that he is waiting for <br />information pertaining to a different <br />type pump and stated that he would re- <br />port at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the bids for the meter <br />material, installation and water main <br />replacements along with Mr. Hobbs re- <br />connnendations. <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />that contracts be let out on projects 4, <br />4A and 5 to the lowest bidder. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked about Mr. Enrietto <br />receiving full pay for court if he was on <br />
