Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance No. 604 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man DelPizzo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 605 SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING UNIFORM SOLAR ENERGY CODE Attorney Joss read the ordinance on second reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing, there were no comments. Public hearing was closed and motion was made by Councilman DiCarlo to adopt Ordinance No. 605. Seconded by Council- man DelPizzo. Roll call. Kilker yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 610 PAY SCHEDULE FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 610 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 610 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 612 3-BAR J ANNEXATION FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 612 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance No. 612 be ordered published and a public hearing set for October 3, 1978. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 613 3-BAR J ZONING FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 613 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 613 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for October 3, 1978. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried.
