TRAILER RENTAL ENGINNERING DEPT. C. INDUSTRICAL PARK PHASE I, INCREASE PROJECT COST Ordinance #594. Hearing none, the public hearing was closed. Motion by DiCarlo that Ordinance #594 be adopted. Seconded by Caranci. Question called for. Roll Call vote. DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. Presented by Title only. Motion by Caranci that Ordinance #599 be adopted. Seconded by Kilker. Question called for. Roll call vote: DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. DiCarlo moved that City Attorney's report be placed on file. Seconded by Meier. Motion carried. Add to the Agenda: Building Inspector's report for month of June, 1978 and update on projected revenues and costs in capital improvement fund on the proposed remodel project. Community Director Drumm reported: Housing Authority wants to conduct a survey housing need of Louisville; find the needs of housing if any were necessary. We do have a person from Youth Employment Program to conduct the survey and are in the process of develop- ing a questionnaire which will be sent out over the Mayor's signature. Hope to get it out next week. Wurl told Council of the problem of too many people in Engineering and Community Development department since the PSE people are with us. He requests that Council approve rental of a trialer which has office fittings on a temporary basis. It will be set up next to Mall's garage on that part of the parking lot until such time the building expansion project is completed. Motion by Kilker that we rent a trailer for the interim for the engineering dept. Seconded by DelPizzo. Question called for. Roll Call vote. DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, Caranci no. 3-2 vote. Motion carried. At Council meeting, the set amount limit of $70,000 was the grant figure. In the interim, Flatiron Co. reviewed and updated the costs. We do have budgeted street improvement of $5,000 to cover this cost. Motion by Caranci to increase the project cost to $75,000. Seconded by DelPizzo. Question called for. Roll Call vote. DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried.
