Motion carried. <br /> <br />DiCarlo moved that City Attorney's report be placed <br />on file. Seconded by Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Add to the Agenda: Building Inspector's report for <br />month of June, 1978 and update on projected revenues <br />and costs in capital improvement fund on the proposed <br />remodel project. <br /> <br />Community Director Drumm reported: Housing Authority <br />wants to conduct a survey housing need of Louisville; <br />find the needs of housing if any were necessary. <br />We do have a person from Youth Employment Program to <br />conduct the survey and are in the process of develop- <br />ing a questionnaire which will be sent out over the <br />Mayor's signature. Hope to get it out next week. <br /> <br />Wurl told Council of the problem of too many people <br />in Engineering and Community Development department <br />since the PSE people are with us. He requests that <br />Council approve rental of a trialer which has office <br />fittings on a temporary basis. It will be set up next <br />to Mall's garage on that part of the parking lot until <br />such time the building expansion project is completed. <br />Motion by Kilker that we rent a trailer for the interim <br />for the engineering dept. Seconded by DelPizzo. <br />Question called for. Roll Call vote. DiCarlo no, <br />DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, Caranci no. 3-2 <br />vote. Motion carried. <br /> <br />At Council meeting, the set amount limit of $70,000 <br />was the grant figure. In the interim, Flatiron Co. <br />reviewed and updated the costs. We do have budgeted <br />street improvement of $5,000 to cover this cost. <br />Motion by Caranci to increase the project cost to $75,000. <br />Seconded by DelPizzo. Question called for. Roll Call <br />vote. DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br />
