Attorney Joss presented the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br />#595 be ordered published and a public hearing <br />be set for the next available date. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance #596 for their review <br />and files. Attorney Joss presented the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#596 be ordered published and the public <br />hearing be set for the next available date. <br />Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Haines presented the application <br />for Continental View Estates. He stated <br />that the plan is the same except on lot <br />has been removed and the other lots are <br />bigger. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if the drainag <br />problem has been resolved. <br />Mr. Haines stated that tney have had an <br />engineering firm doing a study on the <br />drainage. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that the plan has not yet <br />been approved and the City is working out <br />some details. He stated that the staff <br />knows that the problem can be solved and <br />the question now is which way would be best. <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution #15. Council- <br />man Caranci moved that Resolution #15, Series <br />1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Olsen, architect for the applicant, <br />gave a brief presentation of their plans <br />stating that the building would be done in <br />three phases and would begin as soon as <br />financing is approved. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that the City would like <br />the property owner to dedicate two tri- <br />angular pieces of land 20 feet back from <br />the property corner on the NE and SE corners <br />for sidewalk radius, etc. <br />Mr. Olsen stated that he had not talked with <br />the company President, but felt there would <br />be no objection to the dedication. <br />After discussion Mr. Drumm read the resolu- <br />tion with the inclusion of the dedication <br />of land by the property owner. <br />
