Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br />#17, Series 1978 be tabled until a work <br />session can be held. Seconded by Council <br />man Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A work session was scheduled for June <br />23, 1978 at 7:00 where the personnel <br />manual will be discussed along with some <br />water matters. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that an election will <br />be held for May 30, 1978, for the fire <br />district with the polling places being <br />the Fire Hall and City Hall. <br /> <br />Councilman Dilorenzo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker moved to accept Steel lock <br />Fence bid, the low bidder, in the amount <br />of $20,670.83. Seconded by Councilman <br />Dilorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Dilorenzo moved that Tree House <br />Nursery be awarded the bid in the amount <br />of $32,640.00 for trees, planting and guar- <br />antee. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the correspondence. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he walked <br />up to lake Park and felt that the sidewalk <br />engineering was not good. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the park is not com- <br />plete and many of the items will be cor- <br />rected when the park is finished. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if the design was <br />done by Ferguson. <br />Mr. Wiurl stated that the pl ans were taken <br />by Ferguson, and staff and the Parks Committee <br />added their own ideas. <br />
