It will add <br />to the .Old Town character and the energy efficiency features that are planned is <br />excellent. <br />Michael Potts, 555/561 County Road, Louisville, CO stated that parking has not <br />been an issue for his property. He has plenty of driveway space for guest <br />parking. <br />Brandt Slnken, 881 W. Chestnut Ln., Louisville, CO stated his support of the <br />project. He is looking to move downtown and this is type of home he is looking <br />for. <br />Mark Piddock, 552 Main St., Louisville, CO discussed t le°following concerns with <br />the board: no other buildings this tall in the neighbor ood;density is still <br />questionable for him; the access from County Ro s'bette then having only <br />access from the alley which backs directly to h home, howev7 rhe connection <br />from County Road ends at the his backyard er ember of vehicles that could be on <br />the property could be as many as 30. <br />Staff and Applicant Summary and Recommendation <br />Mundelein requested permission to address erne a/the issues discussed in <br />public comment. She appreciates the greening building concepts, would not classify <br />the homes as `affordable' and still has concerns with access and traffic flow <br />within the site. <br />Pritchard requested a discussion of condition #3, 6, 8, 12 and 14 • <br />Condition #3 regarding the FAR. <br />
