<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 3, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Councilman present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, Dhieux and <br />DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Santilli. <br />Absent: City Planner Drumm. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and council approved the <br />minutes as presented. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />K. DUKES CONSTRUCTION <br />PAY ESTIMATE #3 <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Pay Estimate <br />#3 in the amount of $88,481.74 be approved <br />to Kenneth Dukes Construction. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo seconded the motion. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was <br />not satisfied with some of the work being <br />done on the sewer plant and would like to <br />hold payment until the matter can be checked <br />out. <br />It was stated that there is a retainage fee <br />which can be used in a case where the work <br />needs to be corrected.. After comments, roll <br />call vote was taken. DelPizzo no, DiCarlo <br />yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, Deomenico yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CLYNCKE FARM PROPERTY <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Mallo of Boulder stated that he was <br />representing a group of people who have con- <br />tracted to purchase the Clyncke property and <br />would like to have it considered for annexa- <br />tion. He stated that it would be for 48 <br />acres, six of which would be used for open <br />space with the City of Louisville. <br />He stated that the plans are to annex the <br />area and develop 10 acres each year, the lots <br />being sold to private individuals and some <br />being built through his company. <br />Mr. Don Shonkweiler, architect for the project, <br />located the property in discussion on the map <br />as in reference to the City filter plant <br />and reservoir, he gave a brief presentation <br />of their plans on the development of the <br />project stating there would be approximately <br />138 units about 2.8 per acre. <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that the matter be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for their review and comments. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion <br />carried. <br />
