Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Roll call. McDonald yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Domenico yes, Caranci <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor <br />license be approved. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against - <br />public hearing was closed. <br />It was noted that the license includes ex- <br />tended hours. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he would <br />like clarification on the operations <br />under the old name. <br />City Attorney Joss stated that under a <br />management agreement, they can operate as <br />they are doing without any problems. <br />After comments roll call vote was taken <br />on the motion to approve the license. <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that there were no <br />letters for the position and Council in- <br />formed the newspaper to discontinue the <br />advertising for the position. <br /> <br />Marty Dondelinger of the Jay Cees stated <br />that they would like to sponsor a clean up <br />program and would like some financial <br />assistance and vehicle usage from the City. <br />He stated that they are also trying to <br />get help from the National Guard. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he would <br />like to see publication of the program. <br />It was suggested that some sort of sign up <br />sheets be placed in the city businesses. <br />The program would be scheduled for the last <br />weekend in May and a possible finish up <br />the first weekend in June. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he will work on the <br />request and come up with some type of <br />information at the next meeting. <br /> <br />It was noted that the Parks Dept. had <br />gone out for bids on concrete work and <br />recommended that the bid be awarded to <br />Poss Construction, low bidder. <br />
