<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 21, 1976 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order with the following <br />Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, <br />McDonald and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Santilli. <br />Absent: City Attorney Morris and City Engineer White. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that the <br />minutes pertaining to Ordinance #518 <br />be corrected to reflect that Council- <br />man DiCarlo voted not to accept the <br />ordinance. <br />With the correction the minutes were <br />approved. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />PARKWOOD FILING #2 <br />AMENDED PLAT PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Mr. Sam Heiter stated that the change <br />of the plat involves larger lots in some <br />areas of the plat where the small lots <br />are eliminated. <br />Wood Bros. purchased the lots outside of <br />their ownership to complete the drainage <br />plan. Mr. Heiter stated that the deeds <br />to the drainage property will be tendered <br />to the City. <br />Mr. Heiter gave Council a brochure <br />with some of the types of houses that <br />will be built in the area. <br />Councilman McDonald asked how many homes <br />would be built in the area. <br />Mr. Heiter stated that there would be <br />approximately 83 homes built however, <br />there is a second portion of the plat <br />containing 38 more making a total of <br />121 homes. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments; the public hearing <br />was closed. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />adopt the amended plat of Parkwood <br />Filing #2. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Roll call vote. Caranci <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />McDonald yes, Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Planner Drumm stated that this plat <br />was also a dvelopment plan and the record <br />should reflect the Planning and Development <br />Plan has also been amended by this action. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Council <br />accet the amended development plan. Se- <br />conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br />
