KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN
LIQUOR LICENSE

Mr. Wurl informed Council that the
application and information was in order.
Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing.
There were no comments and the public
hearing was closed.
Councilman DiCarlo asked if the rest-
room facilities were going to be im-
proved.
Mr. Mulholland stated that the restroom
is only for one person at a time and
also locks from the inside. He stated
that in talking with the state, Mr.
Berry stated that if it was passed by
the Board of Health it would be adequate.
Councilman Domenico asked if the 3.2
beer would be served or carry out.
Mr. Mulholland stated that the license
was not for 3.2% beer but a regular
restaurant license.
Council stated that it was published as
3.2%. In checking the paper, Mr. Wurl
reported that the public notice was
not published as 3.2%, but a regular
license; therefore there were no
problems.
Councilman DiCarlo moved that the liquor
license be approved subject to notices
forwarded by FBI. Seconded by Councilman
McDonald.
