<br />BOULDER COUNTY HEALTH <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />PIERCE NOTICE OF CLAIM <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #506 <br />ALLEY VACATION <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />FALL FESTIVAL LOCATION <br /> <br />ALLEY REPORT <br /> <br />BUDGET CALENDAR <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that he was against <br />the City contributing to the Health <br />Department as reqeusted. He felt that the <br />citizens are being taxed twice and the <br />persons in the County are not and bene- <br />fitting by the program just as much. <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that he felt the suit <br />is resolved. Mrs. Mayhoffers' attorney <br />has forwarded an agreement for her <br />signature, but he has not yet received <br />it back. Basically the City is paying <br />$2,000 more and will be putting in about <br />$2,000 more in improvements. <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that the City is not <br />being sued, but a notice of intent to <br />sue was issued. As of now nothing new <br />has come up. Mr. Morris stated that if <br />the City is sued it will be turned over <br />to the insurance company. <br /> <br />All members of Council had a copy of <br />the ordinance before them. <br />Attorney Morris read the Ordinance <br />#506 by title only on first reading. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the vacation re- <br />flected no problems. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#506 be ordered putblished. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call <br />DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he had met with <br />Bob Ross and agreed last week that Mr. <br />Ross would approach Mrs. Mangus and <br />see if it would be possible to close <br />Front St. I block North from Spruce St. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the problem with <br />this is that the parking lot would be <br />closed in. Mr. Wurl stated that he <br />would talk to Mr. Ross again. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl asked that the report be tabled. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he put this on <br />the agenda in case there was anything <br />that needed to be discussed. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
