DRCOG CONTID Mr. Farley stated that that was correct. There were no specific dates. At first it was tabled awaiting the appearance of Louisville, which for a number of reasons was not forthcoming, and I think it was just tabled indefinately; and no one has suggested that the matter be taken up again. Councilman DelPizzo asked Mr. Farley if DRCOG thoroughly understood Louisville's position in the Mizel development. Mr. Farley stated that they did have a meeting with the City staff and he felt that there is a better understanding concerning the matter. Mr. Farley stated that he did have some printed matter to be left with Council on DRCOG and thanked the Council for their time. He also noted Councilman DiLorenzo, who is the City representative on DRCOG, stating that she is one of the most active members on the Board and they appreciate all of her efforts. JIMKEN LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION APPROVAL Mr. Wurl stated that the application was in order. All prior balances on the old establishment are current, the public hearing has been advertised properly and it is now up for the public hearing and Council action. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments for or against; however, a question was raised as to the closing time. Attorney Bruce Joss, for the applicant stated that the application is for reg- ular hours, until 2:00 a.m. . It was noted by Cliff Brock. adjoining property owner, that they were not against the application. Mr. Wurl stated that the license would be a 6% liquor - Restaurant/Bar license. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing and turned the matter over to Council. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the app- lication for a liquor license be approved. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo.
