<br />COAL CREEK FILING #2 CONT'II <br /> <br />COMMUNITY HALL PAY ESTIMATE <br />#2 FINAL - PLATTE VALLEY <br />ROOFING <br /> <br />PARKING LOT <br />PAY ESTIMATE #3 <br />VARRA ENTERPRISES <br /> <br />Mr. Brock stated that there are three <br />basic legal documents to set the <br />structure up. It is set up similar to <br />a townhouse situation. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against <br />the plan. Mayor Waschak closed the public <br />hearing and turned discussion over to <br />council. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it was staffs <br />recommendation that Council approve the <br />Preliminary plat development plan. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the <br />preliminary plat development plan <br />be accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. <br />Councilman DelPizzo questioned the portion <br />of ditch that went through the property. <br />He felt that it could be covered up. <br />Mr. Brock stated that he has talked with <br />the ditch company and it is the main <br />feeder for Waneka Lake. He stated that <br />the ditch company has been working and <br />talking with the developers, but as it <br />stands now there will be nothing done <br />with it. <br />After discussion roll call vote was <br />taken on the approving of the preliminary <br />plant development plan of Coal Creek <br />Station Filing #2. <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this will be the <br />final payment in the amount of $484.80. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that pay <br />estimate #2, final for Platte Valley <br />Roofing be approved as recommended by <br />the City Engineer. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiLorenzo. Roll call. DelPizzo <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />The payment will come out of the Parks <br />Assessment Fund. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were several <br />items that needed to be corrected. <br />He stated that final payment will be made <br />after all matters are taken care of. <br /> <br />6. <br />
