<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 1, 1976 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Councilmembers present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, Del- <br />Pizzo, DiCarlo and McDonald. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, <br />City Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, City Planner Drumm and City <br />Clerk Deputy Mudrock. AbsEmt: City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk <br />Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that the minutes <br />of the May 18, 1976 meeting be corrected as <br />follows: <br />PAGE 23 - EFI Testimony, between Mayor Waschak <br />and Mr. Domenico, there should be a question <br />directed by Mr. DiCarlo asking Mr. Domenico <br />if he wanted the place (EFI) shut-down. <br /> <br />PAGE 35 - Councilman DiCarlo stated, that <br />after a comment made by Councilman Caranci, <br />he had made a statement about the willing- <br />ness of EFI to share the expenses and before <br />the roll call vote he thought Mr. Jensen's <br />objection should be inserted regarding the <br />sharing of costs between the City and EFI <br />for a study made by an private firm. <br /> <br />PAGE 47 - Councilman DiCarlo requested that <br />the voting on the "Refunding of the Water <br />Bond discussion", be corrected to read <br />DiCarlo voting no. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the minutes <br />stand approved as corrected. Seconded by <br />Councilman McDonald. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />LOUISVILLE NORTH 4TH <br />FILING PLAT APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Louisville <br />North 4th Filing Plat Approval be approved <br />by Council as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Roll call vote. DelPizzo yes, McDonald ab- <br />stained, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK FILING #2 <br />PRELIMINARY P.U.D. <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the date of <br />July 6, 1976 be set for the public hearing <br />for Coal Creek Filing #2, preliminary P.U.D. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COLO. TECH. CENTER <br />DESIGNATION OF MATTERS OF <br />STATE INTEREST - PUBLIC <br />HEARING CONTINUED <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak asked Mr. Dennis Drumm, Plan- <br />ning Consultant for the City, to open the <br />discussion. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
