OR WASCHAK

Thank you, Bill.

ADMINISTRATOR WURL

Mr. Cantrell, the petition had been submitted at
the time that it was brought down to the City.
It was submitted to Council at that time. They
do not have it tonight, but they had it before.

MAYOR WASCHAK

Oh yes, this was submitted to Council. We all
seen it and reviewed it.

JOHN PAXTON

Well in this meeting, I got it that it was just
Mr. Domenico that was complaining and as you will
find out there are quite a few others.

Bill what the Council meant was that Mr. Domenico
was the only person that came before Council -
there was no discussion as regards to the peti-
tion. He was the only one at the time that came
before Council, so that we requested that if
Mr. Domenico wished to bring other people this
evening to talk of this matter to the council
so that we could get the whole story.

I hoped that I have helped in the matter and also
helping myself at the same time.

Thank you, Bill. Mr. John Paxton do you wish to
speak at this time.

Yes sir - my name is John Paxton. I live at 824
Lee Ave. I am approximately 4 blocks from E. F.
Industries. Speaking in Mr. Domenico's behalf
I have to agree with Mr. Domenico. Some of these
charges really do upset things. I can't say for
a fact that there has been damage done to my
house. There are cracks in the ceiling. Some
of it can be attributed to old age, but I do
know one thing - this type of vibration doesn't
help anything, just as it isn't helping Mr.
Domenico and several other people around town.
This movement isn't going to help anything.
Sure there is weather and a lot that can be at-
tributed to it. But I think that Council will
have to admit also when you get this type of
movement, as I am sure everybody here is aware
of, and movement that can be felt clear out to
Hafner's at times. Something, somewhere has got
to give at one time or another. I don't want to
see E. F. Industries close or anything of this
nature. What I do suggest is that they have to
do some redesigning to redistribute this shock
load. I don't want to see anybody out of a job,
but there has definitely got to be something
done. There is no real damage done to my house
at this point, but if this keeps up how long wi1

BILL CANTRELL

MAYOR WASCHAK

BILL CANTRELL

1:vu~fOR WASCHAK

-14-
