SEWAGE LIFT STATION
AGREEMENT CONTID

RECOVERY AGREEMENT
SEWAGE MAIN - FIRST SAVINGS
INVESTMENT CORP.

WATER TANK ALTERNATIVES
NOEL HOBBS

should be changed from March 1, 1976
to June 1, 1976. The work has been
done and virtually completed by the
developer. It is our recommendation
that Council authorize the Mayor and
City Clerk to sign the agreement.
Mr. Wurl then stated in the case of the
sewage lift station, it was built beyond
the requirements of the Louisville North
people. It can serve other capacities
as well. It is of no cost to the City
as new developers tie on. The fees as
the new developers tie on will be re-
funded to First Savings Investment Corp.
Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Mayor
and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the Contract for Contribution Toward
Sewage Lift Station Construction Agreement.
Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question
called for - all in favor. Motion carried.

On page 1, item #4, the date March 1,
1976 should be changed to read June 1, 1976.
The sewage main line borders vacant land,
and in the future there is the possibility
of someone tying onto the main. FSIC
is entitled to the fees - once again at
no cost to the City.
City Attorney Morris asked if there should
be a time limit on these agreements. Ad-
ministrator Wurl stated at present the
policy was not a time limit - just a dollar
figure. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the
Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the Recovery Agreement on the Sewage
Main with First Savings Investment Corp.
Councilman DiLorenzo seconded the motion.
Question called for - all in favor.
Motion carried.

Noel Hobbs, president of Rocky Mountain
Consultants, Longmont, stated as Council
will recall back in November, 1975, the
City signed an agreement with Rocky Mtn.
Consultants on the water storage tank.
There are 5 major breakdown in the agreement.
(1) Analysis relative to water storage
(2) Recommencations for complete field services
(3) Design of the facility
(4) Plans and specifications
(5) Special use review thru Boulder County

- 5 -
