E. & F. INDUSTRIES CONT'D PUBLIC HEARING - COLORADO TECH. CENTER - DESIGNATION MATTERS OF STATE INTEREST RECOVERY AGREEMENT - SEWAGE LIFT STATION - FIRST SAVINGS INVESTMENT CORP. After a lengthy and debated discussion betwen Mr. Domenico, Council persons, E. & F. Industries representatives, Councilman Domenico moved that a special meeting be set involving all the citizens in the area, E. & F. Industries, City Council, City Staff and the City Attorney. He also wished to include in the motion that every property owner in that area be notified when the meeting will take place. Councilman Domenico then stated if we do go down there for another blast, I think there should be another party that is in no way involved to oversee the whole thing. Nothing will ever be resolved until a bi-partisan person is present. Motion was seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the hearing with all the people involved be held at the next regular Council meeting of May 18, 1976. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Question called for - all in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak then verbally informed Mr. Domenico when and where the meeting would be held for confirmation. Mr. Mott remarked that the 3~ lb. blast mentioned previously by Mr. Domenico had occurred approximately 2 years ago. The representatives of E. & F. Industries were also asked by Mayor Waschak to be present for the May 18th meeting. A verbatum testimony is being prepared and will be in a separate packet for Council's review before meeting night. City Administrator Wurl explained that in the construction of Louisville North, there were 2 things upon which the City agreed (1) that the developer could be refunded some of the money that he spent for the construction of the lift station and (2) refunded some of the money spent for the construction of the sewer main line.
