<br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Judge Enrietto found <br />the modified report acceptable and would <br />like the Council to review it and if they <br />find it satisfactory, he would like to have <br />an article explaining the change printed <br />in the local paper. <br />Mr. Wurl read the report. Council stated <br />that they would like to see the pending <br />cases included in the report. <br />Councilman DiCarlo also requested that the <br />amount of code violations that were issued <br />by police and the amount issued by the code <br />officer be included in the report. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the staff is working <br />on the additions to the report. <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she would <br />also like to see the pleas made; guilty, <br />not guilty, and those found guilty. <br />After discussion, Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that the Municipal Court report as pre- <br />sented be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br />carried. <br />It was stated that the report be in final <br />form before the article explaing the <br />change is printed. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills <br />totaling $79,583.27. Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the bills be accepted and war- <br />rants drawn for the same. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />With no more reports Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at <br />10:00 P.M. <br />
