Others present: City Administrator Wur1, City Engineer
White and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson and City
Attorney Morris.

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES

Councilman DelPizzo stated that there
should be a correction to the minutes on
the motion regarding the fishing sit-
uation at the city reservoir. Seconded by
Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.

COUNCIL ITEMS
219 ROAD PLAN AGREEMENT

Councilman Caranci asked why the county
is involved in the project, which is
located on South Boulder Road.
Mr. Wur1 stated that the funds are
channeled from the state through the
county, so the City works through the
county.
Councilman Caranci moved that the Mayor
be authorized to sign the 219 Road Plan
Agreement. Seconded by Councilman
Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes,
Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes,
McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes.
