REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 16, 1976 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DelPizzo, DiCarlo, and McDonald. Others present: City Administrator Wur1, City Engineer White and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson and City Attorney Morris. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman DelPizzo stated that there should be a correction to the minutes on the motion regarding the fishing sit- uation at the city reservoir. He stated that the motion should have noted that a fine would be imposed to any party fishing in the reservoir. Councilman McDonald moved that the minutes be approved as corrected. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS 219 ROAD PLAN AGREEMENT Councilman Caranci asked why the county is involved in the project, which is located on South Boulder Road. Mr. Wur1 stated that the funds are channeled from the state through the county, so the City works through the county. Councilman Caranci moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the 219 Road Plan Agreement. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. STATE HIGHWAY AGREEMENT This agreement will provide school sig- nals on South Boulder Road 1/2 block west of Jefferson St. The fire signal will be by the fire hall. Councilman DelPizzo asked if it would be possible to get a signal put in at South Boulder Road and Highway 42. Mr. Wurl stated that the City has put in for a signal to be located at this area for several years; however, the traffic division feels that it does not warrant a traffic signal. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the State Highway Agreement on signals. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, Di Lorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried.
