THIRD <br />FILING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #497 <br />ZONING-LOUISVILLE NORTH <br />THIRD FILING <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico informed Council that <br />he would abstain from voting on the <br />issue as he has a personel interest <br />in the matter. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that a public <br />hearing date of April 6, 1976, be set for <br />the Papa Frank's liquor license appli- <br />cation. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that a public <br />hearing be set for May 6, 1976, for <br />designation of Mizel property on matters <br />of State interest. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br />It was brought to the attention of Council <br />that May 6, 1976, was not the correct <br />hearing date. Councilman DiCarlo then <br />moved to amend the hearing date from <br />May 6, 1976 to May 4, 1976. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br />The hearing date for the designation of <br />matters of State interest on the Mizel <br />annexation was rescheduled for May 4, 1976. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak reported that the City <br />Attorney was absent due to the fact that <br />his wife was entering the hospital for <br />surgery. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution #6 dealing with <br />the final plat on Louisville North _ <br />Third Filing. <br />City Administrator Wurl read Resolution <br />#6, Series 1976. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br />#6 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she would <br />abstain from voting on the issue as she <br />is employeed by First Federal. <br />Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council was each given a copy of Ordinance <br />#497. Mr. Wurl read Ordinance #497 by <br />title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#497 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call. McDonald abstained, Domenico <br />yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
