CITY ADMINISTRATOR P~PORT

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LETTER

COUNCIL COMMENTS &
COMMITTEE REPORTS
COAL CREEK MEMBERS

PARKS & REC MINUTES

FILTERING BED ESTIMATE

MINUTES

CODE ENFORCEMENT

Correspondence was reviewed by Mr. Wurl

Mr. Wurl stated that the board does not
set fees for hearings, it is automati-
cally 1/2 of the zoning hearing fee
set by the Planning Board. Also, the
Board is aware that Council appoints
board members.

With no more reports, Councilman McDonald
moved that the City Administrators report
be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion
carried.

Councilman Domenico asked who was still
involved withfue Coal Creek project.
Mr. Wurl stated that Erie has dropped
out, and as it stands at present the
cities of Superior, Lafayette, and
Louisville are still involved.

Councilman DelPizzo asked what the senior
citizen program involved that the fee
to YMCA was $1,500 per year.
Mr. Wurl stated that bus trips and nurse
visits were part of the program. He
stated that he would get the list of
proj ects together.

Mr. Wurl stated that he would have the
estimate for the next meeting.

Councilman DiCarlo stated that he felt
the minutes should be proof read before
they are given to Council to avoid any
confusion.

Councilman DelPizzo stated that George
Zedrick had told him that he had pur-
chased a car to take parts from and was
ticketed by the Code officer for having
a junk vehicle. Councilman DelPizzo
stated that he felt there should be some
type of definition as to what is junk and
what isn't. He stated that there should
be more police watch on vandalism in-
stead of people who purchase vehicles
that are classified to some as junk.

-3-
