SEWER PLANT LAND CONTID

FIRE DEPARTMENT

COURT

STREET SANDING

DRCOG REPORT

ROD & GUN CLUB LETTER

Councilman DelPizzo stated that if the
garden idea was not feasible would it be
possible to have the land farmed with the
possibility of getting back some type of
revenue instead of having the land set idle.
Mr. Wurl stated that there is no water for
irrigation; he suggested that any plans
should be waited upon until the second
phase of the sewer plant is completed.

It was stated that the fire department has
been contacted on the digging out of the
pit for the fire hoses.

The generator requested by the fire depart-
ment has been picked up by them.

Councilman Domenico stated that citizens
have been concerned about the dismissal of
cases in court.
He stated that there is one party who is
continuously getting a parking ticket which
keeps being dismissed.
Councilman DelPizzo stated the street
should be reviewed for possible widing
so the problem could be resolved. It was
stated that the party has off street parking
and really has no need to park on the street
between the signs. Also, with his parking
on the street it makes it very difficult for
emergency eqiupment if needed to get through.

Councilman Domenico stated that he has had
comments about the streets not being sanded
until about 8:00 a.m. which makes if
difficult for people to get through the City
on their way to work. Mr. Wurl stated he
would check.

Councilman DiLorenzo asked that Council
read the report from DRCOG as it will
affect the City if put in effect.

Mr. Wurl read a letter from the Rod & Gun
Club requesting consideration for the
leasing of the City reservoir for recreational
purposes for the club members.
Council felt that the reservoir should not
bE! leased to any club and that there should
not be any fishing by anyone at the reservoir.
Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Rod &
Gun Club be inflormed that the City does
not plan to lease the lake out at this time
and there is to be no fishing done by anyone.

-10-
