INDUSTRIES <br /> <br />PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE <br /> <br />TRAFFIC ON MAIN ST. <br /> <br />NEW STREET LIGHTS <br /> <br />SEWER PLANT LAND <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci asked if Steinbaugh's was <br />going to rebuild on Front St. as the un- <br />covered basement is very dangerous. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that Mr. Steinbaugh is trying <br />to get the matter resolved as there is a <br />problem on encroachment on the railroads <br />property. <br /> <br />'With no more discussion Councilman Dom- <br />,enico moved that the City Administrators <br />report be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />11r. Wurl stated that the attorney for E. <br />F. Industries will get data needed to him. <br />He stated that he thought Mr. Domenico was <br />planning on visiting the plant; and he thought <br />the problem is resolving. <br /> <br />}tt. Wurl stated that he met with the new <br />manager of Public Service and they informed <br />the City that they were working on it and <br />i.t should be ready shortly. <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald asked if the City had <br />an ordinance prohibiting large trucks from <br />going through the City. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there was an Ordinance, <br />which stated that the trucks must have a <br />specific destination within the City to <br />use the City streets or they must use <br />outer highways. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if it would be <br />possible to get new lamp posts placed in the <br />City with the public service franchise. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City could get new <br />lighting systems; however it would be at th <br />cost of the City. Mr. Wurl stated that the <br />staff would check in to the possibility of <br />new poles and lighting. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if it would be <br />possible to utilize the land near the sewer <br />plant for possible gardens. It was stated <br />that there was no water facilities and <br />they did not feel it healthy to use water <br />out of the sewer plant. <br /> <br />...9...- <br />
