<br />CITY ENGINEER VEHICLE <br />CONT'd <br /> <br />WATER AVAILABILITY <br />REPORT <br /> <br />PARKING LOT REPORT <br /> <br />A suggestion was also made to equip the <br />code enforcement van for police usuage, <br />instead of buying an additional police <br />vehicle and then purchase the van for <br />the Engineer. <br />After discussion, Councilman McDonald moved <br />that further dicussion on the request be <br />.tabled until the first meeting in April. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Councilman Caranci requested that a report <br />of all vehicles and materials leased by <br />the City be prepared for the same meeting. <br />11otion carried. <br /> <br />~tr. Wurl stated that he has supplied Coun- <br />cil with a water availability report; which <br />is a general outline reflection water owned <br />by the City along with an outline of taps <br />now and proposed. <br />Councilman Caranci stated that he would like <br />Council to study the possibility of possible <br />v;ratering restrictions for the coming sununer. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would not like to <br />see watering restrictions as people will <br />be saying that the City has not enough <br />w'ater for the areas just annexed into the <br />City and he also stated that the water flow <br />is about average for this time of year. <br />Councilman Domenico asked if the code <br />enforcement officer could be informed to <br />watch for people who abuse the watering <br />priveledges. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it could be done and <br />this would help control the wasting of water. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that there is a <br />large amount of City water running down the <br />creeks which the City has not used; therefore, <br />he could not see making the citizens who pay <br />for water be restricted for using it as there <br />is a sufficient amount which is passing the <br />City. <br />Councilman DelPizzo also asked what the cost <br />would be to put in another filtering bed. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would get <br />the figure for the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the construction of <br />the parking lots is moving along. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he was <br />concerned with the grading of the lot on <br />Front Street <br />Engineer White stated that although it <br />looks wrong the grade being higher then the <br />al.ley is needed for correct drainage. <br /> <br />-"'8.;;0. <br />
