Others present: City Administrator
Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, City Planner Drumm,
City Clerk Santilli. It was
stated by the staff that last year the
City was in contact with the County in
regards to control efforts, and that the
County did work with the City in trying
to solve the problem areas.
Councilman McDonald asked if it would be
possible to use the funds for piping the
ditches in the City area where breeding
seems to be a problem.
Mr. Byrom stated that if there is no other
way of funding then it may possibily qualify.

Mr. Byrom stated that there would be an-
other public hearing held on January 26, 1976,
for further remarks from citizens and it
would then again be presented to Council
for review. Mr. Byrom also reviewed the
budget from the first year program and the
planning of the second year program.
Council stated that they would reserve their
comments until the final public hearing
was held.

C.A.C. APPOINTMENT
BILL GANS

A request for the approval of Bill Gans
to serve on C.A.C. was presented to Council.
Councilman McDonald moved that Bill Gans
be appointed to C.A.C. The motion died
for lack of second.
Mayor Waschak stated that he would like
at least two recommendations be presented
to Council so they can make a decision.

CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
MAYHOFFER SUIT

Attorney Morris stated that the court
anticipates having some action taken the
coming week.
