RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br />SERIES 1993 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF A PORTION OF <br />FRONT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a vacation of a portion of Front Street right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the vacation request have been reviewed by City <br />staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision <br />regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said vacation request should be <br />approved with two conditions: <br />1. Vacation ordinance shall note that the existing easement for the Mayhoffer <br />Irrigation Ditch is not being vacated by this action. <br />2. The applicant shall be responsible for removing the existing curb, gutter and <br />pavement and constructing a sidewalk and landscaping within the remaining <br />ROW <br />3. This action is subject to approval of the Front Court Final PUD and Subdivision <br />Plat. <br />4. Method of vacation shall be reviewed by the City Attorney to determine if any <br />portion of right-of-way would vest to the owner of Lot 1 Block 3 Murphy Place. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the vacation of a portion Front <br />Street <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 l st day of October, 1993 <br />By: <br />ATTEST: <br />Bill Boulet, Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />Russ VanNostrand, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />
