3.) <br /> <br />4.) <br /> <br />Louisville hereby grants approval to the "Owner" to construct, at an undetermined <br />future date, one additional single family residence on the property. Louisville will <br />provide a 1" water tap, a sewer tap, and waive the tap fees therefore for this future <br />single family residence. <br />The creation of lots for the one existing and one future residences shall be exempt <br />from subdivision requirements. The balance of the subdivided property not be <br />occupied by either the existing or future residences and shall be subject to subdivision <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Wood stated that the zoning ordinance for this property will come before the Planning Commission <br />in February with Council review in March. The applicants were not present at the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 3, Series 1997, the Mobley Annexation, <br />seconded by Sisk. TIMES- DECEMBER 21 AND 28, 1996; <br />JANUARY 4 AND 11, 1997) <br /> <br />Ca/friths read by title only Ordinance No. 1244, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, <br />known as the Mobley Annexation to the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1244. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1244, Series 1996, on second and final reading, <br />seconded by Levihn. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment to put in emergency language into the ordinance that the City <br />Council herewith finds, determines, and declares the ordinance is necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the public health and safety in order to effectuate the timely annexation of the <br />property for City planning purposes. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and <br />signing by the Mayor, if approved by three-fourths of the members of City Council. <br /> <br />Howard and seconder Levihn accepted that. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with <br />Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br /> <br />
