This would be for the building elevation facing U.S. Hwy. 36.
The sign is identical in size to the Quantum sign. The Planning Commission approved the request
without condition December 10, 1996.

Davidson called for the applicant's presentation.

Scott (?), Gordon Sign Company, 2930 W. 9th Avenue, Denver, Colorado, pointed out that there
currently no illuminated signage at Neodata and after dark you cannot find the building. He reviewed
photographs that they had taken of the facility.

Davidson called for Council comments.

Sisk pointed out that Quantum had put in a lot of landscaping. He encouraged Neodata to put in
some mature landscaping.

Rich Johnson, Corporate Building Service Manager, Neodata, stated that they are willing to increase
the maturity of the landscaping.

Mayer recalled that Quantum got the large sign in return for extra landscaping on site and felt
Neodata should provide the same.
