Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 5, Series 1997, amendment of a Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Neodata signage, Centennial Valley, seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. <br />Motion passed by a 5 - 1 vote with Davidson voting against and Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Susan Gfiffiths, City Attomey, introduced Sam Light, an attorney who joined their office in October, <br />and had been and will be doing quite a bit of work for the City. He is a Louisville resident. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, reminded Council of their meeting next Tuesday night with the <br />Planning Commission concerning the Commercial Design Guidelines. Next Wednesday will be the <br />County Commissioners and Boulder County Day in Louisville. He reviewed the days' schedule. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Davidson commented that he would be meeting with the CEO of Storage Tech a week from this <br />Friday to discuss their views on the Northwest Parkway. He would report back. <br /> <br />Mayer asked if Council could meet at 5:15 p.m. with the Commissions and Boulder County on their <br />Day in Louisville as he and Paul Danish had to be at DRCOG at a Work Session at 7:00 p.m. He also <br />reported that the Recycling Authority now has a grant system for municipalities within the recycling <br />authority. He would be getting the information to Council and asking for ideas. <br /> <br />Keany reminded Council of the Chamber dinner this Thursday night at the Elks Club. He sent <br />Council's best wishes to Wayne Zarlengo, a dentist in Louisville and a very active citizen of the <br />community, and his wife and family. His wife is very ill at Avista Hospital. <br /> <br />Sisk attended a Senior's meeting and an issue they asked to be remembered in next year's budget was <br />the circulator bus system. <br /> <br /> <br />
