<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 21, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Caranci, Dhieux, DelPizzo, <br />and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Morris, City Engineer White, City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Trea- <br />surer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor and Council approved the minutes <br />as read. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />SEWER BONDS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that bids were <br />taken for sewer bonds, October 21, 1975. <br />at 11:00 A.M. at Louisville City Hall. <br />Mr. Dunn Krahl of Boettcher & Co. <br />stated that five bids were received with <br />the best bid being from E. F. Hutton <br />& Co., Inc. Mr. Krahl recommended that <br />Council accept the low bid as proposed <br />by E. F. Hutton & Co., Inc. which was <br />in order. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #31, SERIES 1975 <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #31 <br />Series 1975, to issue and see the <br />$280,000 Sewer Bonds to E. F. Hutton & <br />Co., Inc. <br />With no discussion Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that Resolution #31 Series 1975 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #487 <br />SEWER BONDS <br />1ST READING <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #487 <br />authorizing issuance of sewer bonds in <br />the amount of $280,000 on first reading. <br />After reading Councilman Berry moved <br />that all rules of this Council which, <br />unless suspended, might prevent the <br />passage and adoption on first reading <br />of this Ordinance as an emergency mea- <br />sure at this meeting be and the same <br />are hereby suspended. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the <br />foregoing Ordinance, read in full at <br />this meeting as aforesaid, be passed on <br />first reading and be published in full <br />
