<br />BUREAU OF MINES cont'd <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />FIRE MEETING & LICENSES <br /> <br />ROOME PROPERTY <br /> <br />DITCH NORTH SIDE OF FIRE HALL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />CANDIDATE NIGHT <br /> <br />With no more discussion Councilman <br />Berry moved that the Mayors signature <br />be authorized on the agreement between <br />the Bureau of Mines and the City for <br />the testing. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he <br />attended the Firemens .meeting and dis- <br />cussion was held as to what type of <br />license is required to drive vehicles <br />such as emergency equipment. Council- <br />man Domenico stated that Tom Rizzi of <br />the Fire Department has applied to the <br />State for certification and also him- <br />self. Councilman Domenico stated that <br />anyone driving the vehicles may do so <br />under their present license but at the <br />time of expiration they would have to <br />get a special class license to operate <br />the vehicles. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would <br />like the Police Department to watch for <br />vandals on a house belonging to Mr. <br />Roome located at Roosevelt & Johnson <br />Streets, as windows are being broken <br />out and the house is in bad shape. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that he would notify the <br />Police about the problem. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if the ditch <br />on the north side of the fire hall was <br />completed. Mr. Wurl stated that a piece <br />of pipe needs to be placed and graveling <br />must be done. <br /> <br />With no other reports Councilman Berry <br />moved that the reports be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Suzy Westbrook invited everyone to <br />the CAC - Jaycees Candidates Night on <br />October 28, 1975, 7:30 P.M. at the <br />Louisville Middle School. <br /> <br />3 . <br />
