<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 8, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Carnaci, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. <br />Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Treasurer <br />Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />ADOPTION - PLAN UPDATE '75 <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT - DENNIS DRUMM <br />PLANNING CONSULTANT <br /> <br />ALEXANDER GRANT - DATA PROCESSING <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in the absence of Mr. <br />Dennis Drumm the Planning Consultant he <br />would give a brief review of events for the <br />plan updating. He stated both the Planning <br />Commission and Citizen Advisory Committee <br />held Public Hearings on the update. Mr. <br />Wurl reviewed the basic changes and modifi- <br />cations. After the review Mr. Wurl stated <br />that Planning Commission had approved the update <br />and recommended that Council adopt it as mod- <br />ified. After discussion, Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the plan update 1975 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that what was needed was coun- <br />cils authorization to designate Mr. Drumm as <br />the City Planning Consultant. It was stated <br />that the City contract with Oblinger/Smith <br />has been fulfilled. After discussion Council- <br />man DelPizzo moved that Mr. Dennis Drumm be <br />appointed as Planning Consultant for the <br />City. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl in formed Council that the agreement <br />was modified with three changes: 1. The <br />deadline date has been removed, 2. There are <br />now provision in it that allows the City to <br />break the contract if disatisfied, 3. Alex- <br />ander Grant has agreed to provide a complete <br />operating manual with full job description <br />related to training. Mr. Wurl stated that <br />at the time the information is sent to the <br />computer it will take approximately 7 days to <br />get an up to date record of the books. After <br />further discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that the City enter into an agreement with <br />Alexander Grant & Company to get the Data <br />Processing for the City. Seconded by Council- <br />man Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry <br />yes, Caranci no, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br />
