-3- COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS cont'd APPOINT TO CONSORTIUM Mr. Wur1 stated that since Mrs. Scholl was the City representative to Con- sortium and Counci1womand Dhieus was alternate, he stated that a motion should be made appointing Councilwoman Dhieux as City representative and an alternate be choosen. After discussion Councilman Domenico moved that Council- woman Dhieux be designated as the off- icial Consortium representative for the City of Louisville. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. CONSORTIUM ALTERNATE Councilman Caranci then moved that Councilman Berry be appointed as the alternate on the Consortium. A ques- tion was brought up as to whether or not be alternate would conflict with the Coal Creek meetings. After dis- cussion Councilman Domenico seconded the motion. Motion carried. J. MADONNA RESIGNATION COAL CREEK PROJECT REP. Mayor Waschak stated that as of yet he had not received a letter of re- signation from Mr. Madonna. Mayor Waschak requested that Mr. Wurl write to Mr. Madonna stating that the City would like verification of his resignation or a retraction. It was decided that if Mr. Madonna did not respond either way by June 20, 1975, it would be verification of his re- signation and Mayor Waschak would appoint a new representative at the June 25, 1975, Council meeting. RESERVE POLICEMAN & POLICE VEHICLES Mayor Waschak stated that he did not want the Reserve Patrolman driving the Police Vehicles. Councilman Berry stated that he felt the matter should be discussed at the Police Committee meeting to get a clarification. A June 11, 1975, Police Committee was scheduled at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the issues in question. BUILDING ORDINANCE REGARDING FEES Councilman DelPizzo asked if 40% of the cost of the work will be added for labor. Mr. Wurl stated that this is the way the building permit is figured.
