<br />-3- <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS cont'd <br />APPOINT TO CONSORTIUM <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that since Mrs. Scholl <br />was the City representative to Con- <br />sortium and Counci1womand Dhieus was <br />alternate, he stated that a motion <br />should be made appointing Councilwoman <br />Dhieux as City representative and an <br />alternate be choosen. After discussion <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Council- <br />woman Dhieux be designated as the off- <br />icial Consortium representative for the <br />City of Louisville. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CONSORTIUM ALTERNATE <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci then moved that <br />Councilman Berry be appointed as the <br />alternate on the Consortium. A ques- <br />tion was brought up as to whether or <br />not be alternate would conflict with <br />the Coal Creek meetings. After dis- <br />cussion Councilman Domenico seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br /> <br />J. MADONNA RESIGNATION <br />COAL CREEK PROJECT REP. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that as of yet <br />he had not received a letter of re- <br />signation from Mr. Madonna. Mayor <br />Waschak requested that Mr. Wurl <br />write to Mr. Madonna stating that <br />the City would like verification of <br />his resignation or a retraction. It <br />was decided that if Mr. Madonna did <br />not respond either way by June 20, 1975, <br />it would be verification of his re- <br />signation and Mayor Waschak would appoint <br />a new representative at the June 25, 1975, <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />RESERVE POLICEMAN <br />& POLICE VEHICLES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he did not <br />want the Reserve Patrolman driving <br />the Police Vehicles. Councilman Berry <br />stated that he felt the matter should <br />be discussed at the Police Committee <br />meeting to get a clarification. <br /> <br />A June 11, 1975, Police Committee was <br />scheduled at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the <br />issues in question. <br /> <br />BUILDING ORDINANCE <br />REGARDING FEES <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if 40% of the <br />cost of the work will be added for <br />labor. Mr. Wurl stated that this is the <br />way the building permit is figured. <br />
