BUILDING ORDINANCE cont'd CAT ORDINANCE C.A.C. PUBLIC MEETNG REGARDING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE CHIEF MUNGER - UNIFORM ALLOWANCE CIVIL DEFENSE -4- Mr. Wurl stated that the Ordinance changed the base amount from $50.00 to $250.00 but did not change the charge for the labor. Councilman DelPizzo stated his objections on the charge for labor being added on to the job. Councilman Domenico asked what ever became of the cat ordinance. Mayor Waschak stated that Council was to re- view the sample ordinances and come back with suggestions. He stated that when Council is ready the discussion will be held on the matter. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that C.A.C. would like to hold a public meeting to help familiarize the citizens on the Comprehensive Plan update. She stated that since they are asking this she felt that if permission is granted it should be stressed that the update began before Mizel was even known to the City, as a person or his proposed annexation requests to the City. Mr. Wurl stated that the meeting has beE!TI scheduled for June 17, 1975 with Mr. White and Mr. Drumm making the presentation and he will inform them to state the fact of the date the update began. Councilman Domenico asked if Chief Munger was paid a uniform allowance. Mr. Wurl stated that he is paid. Coun- cilman Domenico stated that he has had calls of Chief Munger not wearing a uniform and he felt that if he is not wearing a uniform he should not be paid for wearing one. This will be discussed at the Police Committee meeting. Councilman Domenico asked that Mr. Wurl set up a meeting with himself, Gene Barday, and Duane Elrod to discuss the picking up of Civil Defense equipment. Mr. Wurl stated that he would get with the men.
