A & B LIQUOR TRANSFER RUSTY BUCKET LICENSE TRANSFER COUNCIL COMMENTS & REPORTS MAYOR'S REQUEST -4- Attorney Morris stated that the application appeared in order however no FBI report had been returned to the City. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that the license transfer for A & B Liquors be approved pending the FBI check. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. After discussion Councilman Domenico moved that the license transfer for the Rusty Bucket be approved pending the FBI check. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Mr. Amdahl who will be the new proprieter stated that the alcohol will be served inside the establishment only. Mayor Waschak requested to Council that they instruct the City Administrator to write the Boulder County Commissioners a letter requesting the removal of Jack Lang from the Long Range Planning Com- mission as the Louisville representative. Mayor Waschak stated that his reasons were lack of attendance to Planning Commission and City Council for reports and also his poor attendance to the Com- mission. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrator be instructed to write a letter to the County Commissioners re- questing the removal of Mr. Jack Lang as Louisville representative on the Long Range Planning Commission. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Councilman Domenico requested that the vote of Council for the removal of Mr. Lang be included in the letter.to the Boulder County Commissioners.
