<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 3, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Engineer White, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked for a <br />correction of minutes on the vote <br />for the drawing up of an Ordinance <br />to increase the special assessment <br />on water bills $2.00. Councilman <br />DelPizzo voted no. After correction <br />minutes were approved as read. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved to accept <br />correspondence and bring up under <br />proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />BOND AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />The water and sewer bond agreements <br />were tabled until a later date. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK APPLICATION <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />letter accepting Coal Creek be sent <br />to DRCOG supporting preliminary <br />grant application for Coal Creek <br />Association. <br />Councilman Berry moved to authorize <br />Mr. Wurl to send the letter on <br />Coal Creek. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Scholl. Motion carried. <br /> <br />F.H.A. GRANT APPLICATION <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council as to <br />his wishes to apply for the grant. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the <br />Council authorize Mr. Wurl to apply <br />for the water grant in the amount <br />of $400,000. Seconded by Council- <br />man Berry. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the <br />Council authorize Mr. Wurl to send <br />the A95 Grant Application to DRCOG <br />for review. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo.
