<br />EPA GRANT APPLICATION <br /> <br />A95 GRANT APPLICATION <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & REPORTS <br />POLICE COMMISSION CHAIRMAN <br />RESIGNATION <br /> <br />POLICE CAR REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />SCHOLL LETTER TO COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl asked for Councils okay <br />to send the EPA grant application <br />in. Councilman Berry moved that <br />the City Administrator be authorized <br />to send in the grant for the amount <br />of $187,500 for sewer. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the <br />A95 sewer grant application be <br />sent to DRCOG for review. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak read the letter of <br />resignation from Councilman Domenico <br />as the Police Commission chairman. <br />Councilman Berry moved to accept the <br />resignation. There was no second. <br />After discussion on the matter, Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo moved that the matter <br />be tabled until Councilman Domenico <br />has had time to seriously consider <br />the resignation. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo what the status <br />was on the damaged police car. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that there has been no <br />settlement on the matter yet. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he <br />wanted to go on record stating that <br />if the car is not replaced the lights <br />and siren should go on the police <br />van and it should be used as a police <br />vehicle. <br />Mayor Waschak informed Council and <br />the audience that there was no longer <br />a Code Enforcement Officer in the <br />City of Louisville and there would <br />be no steps taken to replace him <br />until after the first of the year. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl asked permission <br />to send a letter she had written to <br />the Boulder County Commissioners <br />questioning the action taken against <br />Vince Porecca. Council felt that <br />she should write the letter on her <br />on stationary and not include the <br />part referring to her participation <br />at the Consortium meetings. They <br />felt it should be stated as a personal <br />
