Mr. <br />Wurl informed Council that what will <br />be needed from Council is a written <br />formal request to C.A.C. asking foo <br />the input desired. <br /> <br />Mr. Wtirl informed Council that he <br />talked with Keith Helart and the <br />report yet and it will be avail- <br />able at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />letter he was requested to write <br />has been sent but there has been <br />no reply. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that part of the <br />study has been completed and he <br />would like to have discussion <br />tabled until all the information is <br />at hand. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />Coal Creek By-Laws revised were <br />handed out and that the Council <br />comments were given to the attorney <br />who revised the By-Laws as he could. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he received a <br />letter from the Federal Insurance <br />Administrator that the City eligibility <br />for participation in the National <br />Flood insurance will be suspended <br />effective January 15, 1975 unless <br />before then Flood Plain Regulations <br />are passed by Council. <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />regulations were being reviewed and <br />just before they were brought to <br />Council a new set of regulations were <br />sent to the City. Mr. Wurl stated <br />that he requested that the Council <br />pass the Boulder County regulations <br />which will be available at the next <br />meeting. <br />
