-5- CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Due to the absent of Attorney Morris Mr. Wur1 read the Ordinances in question. ORDINANCE #455 1975 APPROPRIATION 2nd READING Mr. Wur1 informed Council as to the contents of the Ordinance. Mayor Waschak opened the Public Hearing. There was no remarks. The hearing was closed. Council woman Scholl moved that the Ordinance be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wur1 informed Council that there was nothing new to report. MAYHOFFER REPORT ORDINANCE #452 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE This Ordinance was tabled due to lack of publication. ORDINANCE #453 VACATING EASEMENT 2nd READING Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance #453 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilwoman Dhieux. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no remarks. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #454 STREET EXCAVATION 2nd READING Mayor Waschak opened the Public Hearing. There were no remarks and the hearing closed. Council- woman Scholl moved that Ordinance #454 be adopted. Seconded by Coun ci1man DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes~ Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #456 Mr. Wur1 requested that this Ordinance be tabled. RESOLUTION #23 ADVANCE FUNDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Mr. Wur1 requested that this Resolution be tabled. Councilman DiCarlo asked that the City Attorney be instructed to send any Ordinance which are up for first publication be sent before the meeting.
