<br />-2- <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she would <br />like for Council to consider the rec- <br />comendation of Planning Commision in <br />regards to Mizel study. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo reported that a <br />meeting was held with Mrs. Garrett in <br />conjunction with the alley and weed <br />problem near her home. A short session <br />was scheduled for September 18, 1974, <br />to discuss priorities. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico reported there will <br />be a Police COID~ission meeting, September <br />26, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />Committee reports be accepted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />PARKS & REC <br /> <br />Keith Helart distributed maps to Council <br />in regards to Cottonwood Park. He <br />requested Councils approval to go out for <br />bids. After discussion Councilwoman <br />Scholl moved that Parks & Rec be authorized <br />to go out for bids on the project. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. <br />Domenico no, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Helart also distributed a map in <br />regards to the tennis court project. <br />Mr. Helart stated that these tennis <br />courts would be on the north side of <br />South Boulder Road. After discussion <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved to postpone <br />the authorization of bids on the tennis <br />courts until a later date. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux no, <br />DelPizzo no, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />C.A.C. VACANCIES <br /> <br />Mr. Hershey requested that Mrs. Suzy <br />Westbrook and Mrs. Mary DiLorenzo be <br />approved to serve on the C.A.C. Board. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Suzy <br />Westbrook be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Mary <br />DiLorenzo be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br />
