<br />-3- <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />WATER & SEWAGE REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that reports on these <br />two articles were enclosed and he would <br />like Council to review them. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL LEAGUE MEMO <br /> <br />Mr. Hurl informed Council in regards to <br />the memo and asked them to review it. <br /> <br />ATTOID~EY MORRIS LETTER <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the letter from Attorney <br />Morris in regards to the budget money. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that a copy of the <br />Resolution vlas given to each member <br />for their review. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl J"1oved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />E & F INDUSTRIES <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that in the <br />minutes of the past no remark was <br />found in regards to the power of the <br />explosive, but it would not be enough <br />to cause a nuisance. <br />Dr. Motes from E & F was at the meeting <br />and stated that the amount of explosive:,;; <br />that were now being used was 3~ lbs. <br />He stated that he did not think that <br />this was causing the concussion in the <br />amount that people felt there was. <br />It was suggested that the City Engineer <br />go down to one of the citizens homes <br />and see how much noise there is. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux asked that a copy <br />of Dr. Motes report be placed on file <br />within City Hall. <br /> <br />11AYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />Attorney Morris reported that he was <br />in the process of making up the papers <br />to get the matter resolved. He <br />stated that Mrs. Mayhoffer wanted to <br />talk with her sons once again, but <br />Attorney Morris stated that he was going <br />to go ahead with the paper work to <br />bring the matter for a court decision. <br />Attorney Morris stated that she felt <br />the amount of money was not enough. <br />
